There too we had only 1 server/bartender in the "bar half" of the restaurant. He was responsible for not only service all the guests on his side but be the bartender for the other side of the restaurant.<BR/>Too many tables and responsibilities for 1 bartender. The managers should schedule another server to maybe float between both sides of the restaurant. This way you would still have a server to seat the guest/reset the table and still be able to close-out the checks.<BR/>What was the manager doing during all of this?
